The Swedish Translation group is located in the United States, just outside of Chicago, Illinois. The company was founded in 2003 by Christina Merdinger, a native Swede who has been teaching and translating Swedish and English for over eleven years. Christina is a certified language teacher with a teaching degree in Swedish and English from the University of Uppsala in Sweden. She currently teaches at the The Swedish School of Chicago (Svenska Skolföreningen i Chicago) and conducts private tutoring in Swedish. Our translation team is made up of Swedes and Americans who are fluent in both Swedish and English. Our translators have lived in both Sweden and the United States and have experience working in a variety of industries. We have years of experience in international business, sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing, information technology and professional services.  We accept projects based on our strengths and expertise and strive for excellence in everything we do. No matter how tight the deadlines, we will never compromise on quality.
