Rates vary depending on the type of work required and the level of technical or specialized knowledge needed by the translator. All prices are quoted per source word and full translation rates include proofreading. Translation projects are priced according to the following: Translation: US$ 0.15 per word  - Standard material US $0.20 per word  - Technical/Specialized Editing: US$ 0.05 - US$ 0.08 per word Proofreading: US$ 50 per hour The minimum fee for any of the above services is US$ 50. Payments must be made by check payable to The Swedish Translation Group. Before we begin any translation project we will provide a quote based on a sample of the source text.
